Artizta Audio

Netherlands

Artizta Audio developed an innovative 360° speaker with patented technology. A distinctive product with international potential — but without an established supply chain.

Challenge

During the R&D process there was no structured plan for the supply chain. The chain — from production to delivery to the end customer — was effectively a "black box". Artizta sought a partner that could deliver structure, visibility and scalability.

Solution

EagleSCM designed and implemented the supply chain end-to-end: from logistics setup to order management and IT integration (webshop, ERP and logistics partners).

What's next

EagleSCM remains responsible for operational outsourcing beyond the initial project. The collaboration is being extended with procurement support, so the entire chain — from sourcing to delivery — is managed professionally.
