Challenge
For its European operations, Olaplex works with local logistics partners, while the company itself operates from the United States. This geographical and organizational distance makes it challenging to manage processes, performance, and collaboration consistently.
Solution
EagleSCM took over the operational management of the local logistics partners. We optimized processes, actively monitored performance, and aligned teams more effectively, which created structure, transparency, and control within the European operations.
Result
Through this improved management and process optimization, non-compliant shipments were completely eliminated and costs were significantly reduced. At the same time, a clear, efficient, and scalable operation was established, enabling further growth and flexibility across Europe.

Artizta Audio developed an innovative 360° speaker with patented technology. A distinctive product with international potential — but without an established supply chain.
Challenge
During the R&D process there was no structured plan for the supply chain. The chain — from production to delivery to the end customer — was effectively a "black box". Artizta sought a partner that could deliver structure, visibility and scalability.

EagleSCM designed and implemented the supply chain end-to-end: from logistics setup to order management and IT integration (webshop, ERP and logistics partners).
